How Can You Help?
1.
Donate school supplies (e.g. computers,
notebooks, pencils, book bags) and new/gently used books for children in developing communities. Books should contain content suitable for children between ages 4 and 15.
2. Contribute monetary donations to help offset shipping, transport, logistics, and other program related expenses. Paypal donations can be made on our website. (Menu option: Donate) If you prefer to send a gift by check, please send check payable to Mission EduCare at the below address: Mission EduCare P.O. Box 21 New Brunswick, NJ 08903 3. Volunteer to help with fundraising efforts, grant writing, and events. 4. Volunteer to help prepare donated inventory for shipping. Dates are published on our website and on facebook for each initiative. 5. Volunteer to help create training workshops and teaching programs in the schools we are supporting. 6. Join our Education "Do" Tank
Mission EduCare's "Do" Tank is not just a Think Tank, but an action based group of current and former education professionals who are interested in brainstorming and implementing ideas in the area of education with MeCA.
If you are a teacher, principal, superintendent, professor, school administrator, education scholar, or anyone with a passion for education who is interested in joining the long term MeCA Do Tank please contact us for more information.

We are currently accepting new and/or gently used books for children ages 4 to 15. We would appreciate the donated books follow the below criteria: • Books should contain content suitable for children between ages 4 and 15• Picture books are welcomed for the younger children • Books with culturally diverse characters are encouraged • Books should not be soiled or defaced in any way • Books should not contain torn or missing pages • Books should not have writing and/or coloring on the pages
